Hunters Creek is a seven-village master-planned community spanning more than 4,000 acres with 38-plus sub-villages, built from the late 1980s through the early 2000s. Unlike a lot of comparable South Orlando master-plans, it carries no CDD, just a two-tier HOA, a master association (HCCA) at $200-300 a year plus a village-level sub-HOA running $150-500 a quarter. The Estates sub-neighborhood has the largest lots in the community, up to half an acre, with homes reaching 3,800-plus square feet.
